She has two decades of experience in Organizational & People Strategy, HR, and Leadership Development. In her career, she has successfully contributed to People & Organizational Strategy, Talent Transformation, Talent Acquisition & Management.

She is presently Principal Consultant at HR LiveWire Consulting, a People Strategy Consultancy which she has founded & contributed to Organizational Growth & Development of various companies in IT/ITES, E-Commerce, Real Estate, Education & Health Care.
Komal has been an all-rounder & achiever throughout her academics too and had received the prestigious All India Talent Scholarship – 1994 at National Level. She loves to travel and read in her free time. At present, she is trying her hand at learning Spanish language and playing golf.
